SHIPPING — $9.99 (within the U.S.) Flat Rate Shipping via Fed-Ex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We'll pack your purchases carefully and ship them with insurance on the full value of your merchandise via Fed-Ex Ground with tracking, UPS Ground with tracking or USPS Priority Mail with USPS Tracking—usually within two business days of receiving your order. We'll choose the shipping method that will provide more efficient delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - The Christmas Haus is happy to ship World Wide. Please email us at sales@thechristmashaus.com with a list of the items you would like to purchase and your complete name and address. We will then be able to email you back with the cost for shipping and ask your approval to move forward with your order. Once you agree to the total cost we will send you an email allowing you to pay us through PayPal. INSURANCE — Our shipping includes insurance on all shipments. All items leave The Christmas Haus in exactly the condition advertised. We would greatly appreciate your emailing us at sales@TheChristmasHaus.com to let us know that your shipment has arrived safely and that you are pleased with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Any broken or defective merchandise must be reported to The Christmas Haus (sales at thechristmashaus.com) within 20 days of your receiving it for us to be able to help you. We will gladly repair or replace any items that are damaged in shipment. Please email us a picture of the damage as well as a picture of the shipping box. Please retain the same box to return the item.
If our description of the item does not match the item you received, please contact us within 20 days and we will take care of you immediately.
If you have changed your mind on an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. You must pay for the shipping of the item back to us. We will then credit you the cost of the merchandise (including any taxes) but will not be refunding the shipping or insurance costs as they were already incurred by us.
The Christmas Haus prides itself on its quality merchandise. Please consider the unique character of any handmade item before returning it. Slight imperfections are normal. 

 

PLEASE NOTE — Most of our meticulous German woodworkers use as little glue as possible so that their finished crafts are not marred by messy "oozes" of excess glue. Consequently, in shipment, a piece or two often becomes unglued—not broken, just "unattached." A tiny dab of wood glue should easily fix one of these common shipping related incidents.
