INSURANCE — Our shipping includes insurance on all shipments. All items leave The Christmas Haus in exactly the condition advertised. RETURN POLICY — The Christmas Haus prides itself on its quality merchandise. Because most of the items we sell are handcrafted, slight imperfections are what make each piece unique.
PLEASE NOTE — Most of our meticulous German woodworkers use as little glue as possible so that their finished crafts are not marred by messy "oozes" of excess glue. Consequently, in shipment, a piece or two often becomes unglued—not broken, just "unattached." A tiny dab of wood glue should easily fix one of these common shipping related incidents.
If we have made an error in our description of the item you receive, we are happy to refund your money upon return of the item. If there are any problems, please email us at sales@TheChristmasHaus.com within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you change your mind on an item and return it within 30 days, we will refund your money minus any shipping and insurance costs.
